About Sydney

Founder; Women’s Health Mentor + Bodyworker

I come from a lineage of doctors and lawyers, a family rooted in the pursuit of understanding "how things work." For me, this curiosity extends far beyond the analytical—it reaches into the heart of human experience.

My body of work is called Sovereign Touch Bodywork and Pelvic Care– it weaves together over a decade of study in the realms of women’s health, sexuality, the female nervous system, and trauma integration. It is built on the belief that in order to truly honor the mystery and power of the spiritual womb, we must also ground the experience in the physical body.

My approach is a blend of both worlds: the physical and the spiritual. I work with women to connect with their bodies in a deeper, more meaningful way—honoring the complexities of the physical form, while embracing the wisdom of the heart and emotional body. We cannot separate the two. What happens to your body is just as important as what is happening inside your body–our stories and how we relate to them is part of the medicine of unwinding what no longer serves us–be it a physical pain pattern, an emotional or a spiritual one.

For me, the journey of healing the pelvis is one of grounding and mystery, of honoring the spiritual womb while also connecting with the physical body. I have learned that true connection to our pelvis doesn’t just come from understanding anatomy — it comes from experiencing it. It’s this beautiful dance of knowledge and embodied wisdom that I help guide my clients through.

Healing my own root has been transformative for me. It has shifted the way I navigate life, teaching me to embrace both the challenges and the joys that come my way. My purpose is to help women reconnect to their body, restore their sense of safety, and empower them to walk confidently in their own skin.

With over a decade of experience working with women in the fields of trauma integration and pelvic healing, I’ve had the privilege of being called many things—Pussy Witch, Medicine Woman, Queen of Orifices, and Vagina Lady—but at the heart of it all, I see myself as a guide, a facilitator, and a mirror, reflecting the innate power and wisdom that already resides within each of us.

My work is deeply centered on the nervous system and the power of non-agenda touch. I believe that true healing happens when we approach the body without expectation, allowing it to unravel and recalibrate at its own pace. When we remember that the body is already wise, and is always working toward balance, we can unwind the stories of shame that keep us stuck and true magic happens.

The medicine lies in presence. It’s in the connection. The intimacy of being witness by another. It’s in the space where you can finally listen to your body and feel held. My mission is to support you on that journey, as you remember the powerful and beautiful force that you are.

It is my greatest honor to create a safe, nurturing space for women to reconnect to their bodies, their root, and their inner power. Every session I offer is an invitation for you to heal, to unwind, and to reclaim your sovereignty.

Education

I have had the honor of studying with esteemed mentors and attending various trainings throughout my career. I also believe that wisdom is gained through lived experience, not solely from textbooks or certificates. The deepest teachings come when we integrate knowledge into our bodies and allow it to unfold in real time. Training and certifications are valuable, and they do not define the depth of a practitioner’s ability to heal and guide others.

I am constantly evolving, seeking out new teachers and peers to share in the exploration of female physiology, the psyche, and the intricate connection between the two. This ongoing learning is the cornerstone of my practice—fueling my passion for understanding the complexities of the feminine body and how it holds wisdom for healing. I am committed to staying curious, always challenging myself to expand and grow in order to better serve my clients.

My courageous clients and students are, in fact, my greatest teachers. The privilege of holding their bodies and bearing witness to their healing journeys has taught me more than I could ever express. It is an honor to learn alongside them, and I continue to be deeply humbled by the wisdom we co-create together.

The Mission

Zwicker Healing Arts began as a one woman show. A mix of trainings, modalities and offerings cultivated by Sydney’s own passion for safe and grounded spaces of body-centered healing, Over the years, this container shifted from just client work, to the mentorship of other women in the healing arts, bringing back the lineage of apprenticeship and collective oriented healing.

Practitioners trained in Sovereign Touch Bodywork all orient to the same simple philosophy. Everything can heal.

We believe there is no one way, nor right way to heal. It’s a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of courage. Every person is different, and we co-create the space for healing together.

We incorporate nervous system supportive touch modalities to help you come home to your body and cultivate safety within.
