DO YOU ACCEPT HSA / FSA CARDS?

Yes! We accept both HSA / FSA cards, for sessions, memberships, and packages. Please make sure that Massage Therapy or Manual Therapy is approved by your program.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Zwicker Healing Arts requires 48 hours' notice of cancellation. When you book a session, that space and time is reserved for you. The cancellation fee inside this window 50% of the session price. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of scheduled appointment if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or client is a no show. Please note, if we can fill your spot you will not be charged a cancelation fee, however since we only see a limited number of clients per day, when you cancel last minute this affects are ability to pay our practitioners equitably for their time.

I DON’T SEE AN APPOINTMENT TIME THAT WORKS FOR ME. ARE THERE OFF-THE-BOOK SLOTS AVAILABLE?

Our schedule often books out 3-5 weeks in advance. However, we do occasionally have cancelations and last-minute openings. The best way to get access to these openings is to add yourself to the Session Waitlist.

DO I TIP FOR MY SESSION?

We believe in transparent pricing. Zwicker Healing Arts does not accept gratuity for the best interest of both practitioners and clients. We want you to know what you're paying each time without the expectation of tipping and gratuity. This allows you to clearly budget for your touch support and for us to pay a livable and sustainable wage.

DO YOU HAVE A WAITLIST FOR LAST-MINUTE APPOINTMENTS?

Yes, You can add your information to our Session Waitlist. This is the first place we check when there is a cancelation to be filled.
