The School of Sovereign Touch
FOR THE WOMAN WHO KNOWS SHE IS HERE TO SERVE THE EVOLUTION OF WOMANKIND
Become the Kind of Practitioner Who Can Meet the Whole Woman
Whether you’re already a practitioner or standing at the edge of a new professional path, you can feel it—you want work worthy of your devotion.
You’re capable.
You’re sensitive.
You care a fucking lot.
You want to become extraordinarily good at something that matters—and, let’s be honest, make good money doing it.
Maybe you already work with clients and can feel there is more underneath what is happening—but you don’t yet have the skill or confidence to go to the depths you know the work could go.
Or maybe you haven’t found the work—or the training—that feels big enough for what you know is in you.
YOU WANT TO
Create transformational change in the lives of the women you serve
Become extraordinarily skilled at work you deeply believe in
Use your sensitivity and intuition without being consumed by them
Build a practice that is sustainable for your nervous system and your life
Learn alongside women who care as much and are as devoted to the work as you are
And somewhere inside you, you can feel that becoming capable of doing this kind of work will ask something of you too.
I know that feeling because it is exactly what brought me here.
Hi, I'm Sydney.
I didn't come to women's health and pelvic care because I wanted to build a school.
I came because I needed this work myself.
I had spent years working with my own sexual trauma. I understood my story. I had processed it. Then I found myself in the safest relationship I had ever known, engaged to a man I deeply loved and trusted—
and suddenly, penetration hurt.
I remember thinking, What the fuck? I’m safe. I did the work. Why doesn’t my body know that?
That’s when I realized,
I could understand my trauma with my mind.
But I couldn’t think my body out of it.
After my first sessions of pelvic bodywork, I remember sitting on a bench completely confused because the internal beehive I had always called my New York City Hustle was suddenly…quiet.
There was softness. Stillness. I could breathe.
As I learned to listen to the anxiety my body had been carrying, something else shifted too: the pain disappeared and pleasure came back tenfold. I became obsessed with understanding how this was possible.
So I trained. And I kept finding two worlds.
The SOMA | Anatomy, fascia, structure, touch.
The PSYCHE | Trauma, attachment, emotion, story.
I learned extraordinary things from both, but kept finding that every modality I learned, one was supposed to matter more.
Women don’t arrive in pieces
so why are we trained to work with them that way?
I didn't believe we had to choose. So I went deep into both.
Thousands of hours with women eventually turned everything I had studied into my own way of being with a woman: touching, listening, connecting dots, knowing an absurd amount and still being willing to say, “I don’t know yet. Let’s listen.”
This became Sovereign TOuch
Then practitioners started asking, Can you teach me how you do this?
And I began to see what could become possible if this work didn’t stop with me. I realized I needed to create a school—and the mentorship—I had spent over a decade looking for.
This is the School of Sovereign Touch.
This was never meant to stop with me.
It was meant to move through all of us.
Woman to woman. Body to Body. Generation to generation.
the School of Sovereign Touch
A 15-month immersive training and mentorship in whole-woman bodywork, pelvic care, and trauma integration
Here, you’ll develop the skill and confidence to do profound work with women - and the business foundation to build a practice that can actually sustain your life.
Because becoming exceptional at this work requires more than what you know or what your hands can do. It requires developing who you are as a practitioner and your capacity to hold this work.
That’s why the School is built around four interconnected pillars
PILLARS OF KNOWLEDGE
The knowledge and skills you’ll learn
-
Develop skilled, confident hands through fascia-based touch therapy and pelvic care so you can meet pain, restriction, numbness, tension, and disconnection with a wide range of hands-on skills.
Learn anatomy and physiology through your hands so you can see the body as an interconnected living system—not a collection of isolated parts or symptoms.
Learn to listen to tissue and follow what you find so when a client presents with something you haven’t seen before, you aren’t dependent on a memorized protocol—you can trust your hands, your knowledge, and your ability to respond to the woman in front of you.
-
Understand how trauma shapes the body so you can recognize what may be driving your client’s patterns beyond physical symptoms.
Learn to track and regulate the nervous system so you have the confidence to work with trauma, knowing when to slow down, when to resource, and when to go deeper without pushing a client beyond her capacity.
Learn somatic and emotional processing so you can confidently support what emerges without fixing, forcing, or shutting it down.
PILLARS OF WISDOM
Who you’ll become as you carry the work
-
Build on your unique strengths as a practitioner while getting personalized support with the places you’re still growing so you can become more confident in your own way of working.
Learn to recognize your own attachment patterns, triggers, and relational dynamics while developing skills around boundaries, power, conflict, and repair—so you can navigate intimate healing relationships with clarity and integrity.
Learn to work with your sensitivity, intuition, and energetic awareness so they become strengths in your practice without depleting you.
-
Learn how to package, price, and communicate your work so potential clients understand its value and know how to work with you.
Build your capacity to be seen, claim your work, and receive more from it - without shrinking, undercharging, overgiving, or questioning whether you’re worthy of it.
Build a professional community and referral network of skilled practitioners so you have trusted peers to collaborate with, exchange referrals with, and grow alongside.
THE SCHOOL BEGINS
OCTOBER 28
· Enrollment is intentionally limited to 12 WOMEN ·
What is Sovereign Touch?
I developed Sovereign Touch through more than a decade of study, personal healing, mentorship, and thousands of hours of clinical practice with women.
My hands—and the way I understand the body—have been shaped by years of study across manual therapy, trauma integration, psychology, sexuality, women’s health, and pelvic care and more.
SOVEREIGN TOUCH IS WHAT EMERGED AS I BEGAN WEAVING THESE WORLDS TOGETHER—a fascia-based, trauma-integrative approach to bodywork and pelvic care that works with the whole woman.
At its foundation is the belief that the body is intelligent. Our role as practitioners is not to impose an agenda upon it, but to listen deeply enough to follow what it reveals.
Through the connective lens of fascia, we learn to see the body as a living web—where the physical, emotional, psychological, relational, and spiritual are continually shaping one another.
Rather than working with disconnected parts
Sovereign Touch teaches you to work with the whole woman—and the relationships between all the parts of her.
In the School, you learn two applications of Sovereign Touch
SOVEREIGN TOUCH BODYWORK
Whole-body, fascia-based, trauma-integrative bodywork that works with tissue, nervous system, emotion, and story as interconnected parts of the same living system
SOVEREIGN Pelvic Care
Hands-on and hands-in pelvic care that places the womb back in relationship with the whole woman—her body, nervous system, psyche, and story
THE SOVEREIGN TOUCH
NON-AGENDA METHOD
Sovereign Touch is a response to a healing culture that can be quick to diagnose, fix, prescribe, and decide what another person needs.
The Sovereign Touch Non-Agenda Method teaches you another way.
Instead of memorizing the “right” thing to do, you learn how to think inside the complexity of a real session—how to listen deeply, connect what you’re seeing and sensing, stay curious, trust your intuition, and remain present when the answer isn’t immediately clear.
Because the more you know, the more tempting it can be to believe you already know what’s happening.
Mastery is knowing enough to listen when you don’t know.
You learn to meet each woman without reducing her to a symptom, diagnosis, trauma story, or your own interpretation of what she needs.
The goal isn’t to become the practitioner with all the answers
It’s to become the practitioner who knows how to listen when there isn’t one
Presence over performance
Nuance over certainty
Sovereignty over saviorism
“After more than 400 births, I kept seeing the same gap for women standing at that threshold. That gap is what called me into this initiation and this learning so I can bring this work back to my community.
The breathtaking cohesion of learning bodywork alongside trauma integration. There is truly nothing like it.
The alchemical nature of the container existed because it was both a bodywork training and a trauma-integration training. One never overshadowed the other.
This isn’t a program where you simply add another tool to your toolkit but rather this school changes you as a woman.”
— Whitney | Cohort 1
Inside the School of Sovereign Touch
Program Details
Over 15 months, you learn the work, experience it yourself, practice with real bodies and real clients, receive personalized mentorship, do your own inner and relational work, and build your practice alongside a community of women doing the same.
3-Hour Bi-Weekly Online Classes
Wednesdays, 10am-1pm MounTain time | 30 total
Learn the work from the inside out. Live classes weave anatomy and physiology, trauma integration, clinical reasoning, demonstration, discussion, and experiential practice so you are continually learning the work through your mind and by touching your own body - beginning from day one.
Three 7-Day Residential Hands-On Immersions
This is where the work gets into your bones.
Three times throughout the School (Mar ‘27/Aug ‘27 /Jan ‘28), we come together in a private home in Colorado, for seven-day residential intensives where you get to go all the way in—with your hands, your own process, and the women learning beside you.
Develop mastery through hands-on practice. Spend seven days working with different bodies, with your teachers right there to guide and refine your work. The intentionally small cohort means you get individual attention on your actual hands - so you leave with substantial experience, stronger skills, and greater confidence in your ability to work with clients.
Experience the work you are learning to hold. Receive the work yourself because this work cannot be learned from the practitioner’s seat alone. You learn how to hold depth by experiencing what it is to be held there yourself.
Build the relational capacity this work demands. Through facilitated group process, you’ll work with what actually arises between women so you can stay present when things get hard and develop the capacity to hold the uncomfortable relational moments that come with doing transformational work.
Be supported while you learn. These immersions are intentionally residential, with your accommodation and all meals prepared by a private chef included in your tuition - reducing the logistical stress so you have more capacity to learn, practice, and be fully immersed in the work.
Private Mentorship Sessions with Sydney
5 Sessions | 90 minutes each
Deep Dive Personal Coaching. Bring your real clients, questions, business decisions, growing edges, and the places you’re not quite sure what the fuck to do next. These sessions give you dedicated space with Sydney to untangle what’s happening, strengthen your practice, and receive mentorship specific to the practitioner you’re becoming—and business you are building.
Monthly CORE Energetics with Amie
15 Sessions | 80 minutes each
Your own inner work is part of your education. Monthly private CORE sessions give you dedicated space to work with your own emotional, relational, and somatic process as you move through the School and into deeper work with women - because you are one of the most important instruments in the room.
Client Dynamics Lab with Amie
3 Sessions | 75 minutes each
Learn to recognize what’s actually unfolding between you and your clients. In small groups of 3-4 women, get support through a psychotherapist lens identifying transference, countertransference, projection, attachment, and the relational dynamics shaping your sessions, so you can stay grounded when things get complex and respond with greater awareness, discernment, and confidence.
Private Community Space
You don’t have to do this work alone. Between classes and immersions, you’ll have a private space to stay connected, ask questions, access curriculum and resources, and continue conversations with the women learning beside you.
Over 15 months, these aren’t simply classmates. You’re building relationships with women who understand the work you do—and who become peers, collaborators, and part of your professional community long after the School ends.
Guest Teacher workshops
3+ Speakers | 2 hour workshops
Learn from people who are exceptional at what they do. Guest teachers bring their expertise into the School, giving you access to a broader range of knowledge and perspectives without having to piece together your education one training at a time.
BONUS Anatomy Resources
for those who need extra support
You don’t need to arrive already fluent in anatomy. Foundational videos, coloring pages, and handouts give you extra ways to learn and revisit the material—especially if you’re new to bodywork or anatomy is one of those things that needs repetition to really stick.
BONUS Access to Library of Mini Courses
Pelvic Steaming, Yoni Eggs + More
Follow your curiosity beyond the core curriculum. Explore Sydney’s library of mini courses on women’s health, pelvic practices, and embodied sexuality—yours to dive into whenever a particular subject calls you deeper.
“There was so much WISDOM and nuanced understanding interwoven with all of the instruction, both online and in person.
The wisdom, intuitive and otherwise, the energetic understandings, the vast reach of all of Sydney’s studies....my brain is having trouble trying to name it.
Again, mind blown.
The bodywork instruction was incredible, and having my body’s different needs recognized and listened to was one of the most meaningful and affirming things that has ever happened to me. The community, emotional processing, and CORE Energetics being interwoven with everything made the experience something I couldn’t have imagined.”

“ when I look at the investment now, I see it as something much bigger than the financial piece. It was a choice to say yes to something so much bigger than myself.
With it being a significant financial commitment I can feel that I wasn’t just investing in a program or learning a new modality... I was investing in myself as a woman, in the community of women around me, and in the lineage of women that I am a part of.
What has made it feel worthwhile is that the impact has reached far beyond the techniques themselves. It has changed the way I listen, the way I move through the world, the way I hold space, the way I understand others, and the way I trust myself. ”

what happens when you apply
The School begins October 28th and is limited to 12 women.
If your application is accepted, we’ll invite you to schedule an interview. We’ll get to know you, you’ll get to know us, and you’ll have plenty of space to ask your questions and make sure this feels like the right place for you to learn.
“I GENUINELY DON’T KNOW HOW TO PUT A DOLLAR AMOUNT ON WHAT HAS CHANGED IN ME.”
I came into this school thinking I was learning a modality. I didn’t realize I was walking into an experience that would fundamentally change the way I relate to myself, other people, and my body.
I used to feel or know something and immediately question it, analyze it or look outside of myself for confirmation. Through this program I’ve had experience after experience of listening to what I’m sensing and discovering that I can trust it.
The way I relate to myself, the relationships I’ve built, how deeply I’m coming to trust myself now and the work I’m beginning to bring into the world have changed the trajectory of my life.

A Personal Note
What do you do with how much you care?
If you’re here, you probably want your work to mean something beyond you. You want to support women deeply. You want to be part of changing how women inhabit their bodies and how we care for one another.
Sometimes, the magnitude of that desire can feel overwhelming.
Maybe we were never meant to carry all of it. Only to tend the piece that is ours.
For me, I think about my great-granddaughter.
I want her to feel the effects of what we changed. In the way she is touched and the way she is cared for. In what she knows about her womb, and how freely she experiences her sexuality.
In her complete knowing that her body belongs to her.
I am doing this for a future I may never get to see.
That’s my piece.
Claiming it is scary AF.
I know the vulnerability of being visible. The fear of charging real money for sacred work. The temptation to make ourselves smaller so there is less to lose.
I know what it is to want something enormously and still be scared of what saying yes might ask of you.
You might wonder, Who the fuck do you think you are to do this?
Maybe you’re exactly the woman who is here to serve the evolution of womankind
You don’t have to carry the whole vision.
You only have to claim your piece of it.
If you want this life—this depth, this responsibility, this kind of service—I invite you to step into it.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Come take your place among us
“I AM FINALLY READY TO HOLD CLIENTS WITH SKILL AND DEPTH.”
I have a pattern of hoarding and accumulating across many areas in my life, including learning. I always felt like I needed to learn more before I could start seeing clients.
Through the School, I not only recognized that pattern - I became confident in my abilities in a way I didn’t expect. The practical part of the training - finding amazing women, learning from all, experiencing the modality and feeling confident with it - helped me see that I was ready.
I have deep admiration and respect for both of you, Sydney and Amie. You have created something extraordinary and you have done it while remaining transparent and vulnerable.
I would definitely do it again!

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No previous bodywork experience is required.
You’ll begin developing your relationship with touch from the very first online class through guided self-touch, anatomy, and experiential practices. Then, across three 7-day in-person immersions, you’ll move from practicing on yourself to developing skilled, confident hands with real bodies.
You don’t need to arrive knowing how to touch. You’ll learn how to listen, feel, assess, and work with the body from the ground up.
-
Yes. This is a depth training, not an introductory certification.
Each class builds on the last, allowing newer practitioners to develop strong foundations while experienced practitioners learn to integrate body, psyche, nervous system, relationship, and pelvic health in increasingly sophisticated ways.
With only 12 women in the cohort, the teaching can also respond to the actual experience in the room—meeting you at the growing edge of your own practice.
-
You have agency. That’s what the School is all about. You don’t have to offer pelvic care in your practice. Yet you will learn it as part of the core curriculum and there is a reason for that.
Understanding the whole landscape of the female body includes understanding the pelvis. All of our tissues are important in supporting a woman and her full vitality. The pelvis will not remain a mysterious blank spot in your education.
You’ll learn, experience, and practice internal work throughout the training. Most women who take this training desire to offer hands-in care, but you can also use this knowledge to teach clients how to do internal self-touch. If this work is an edge for you, you are still welcome to apply and we will discuss it in our interview.
-
Yes. The School is designed to prepare you to offer Sovereign Touch trauma integration bodywork and pelvic care—while also helping you discover what your expression of this work becomes.
Through 15 months of anatomy, hands-on practice, real client work, mentorship, Client Dynamics Labs, and business development, you won’t simply accumulate techniques.
You’ll leave with a body of work you’ve actually practiced—and a much clearer sense of who you are as a practitioner and how to grow a touch-based business.
-
If you already work with clients, the listening, relational, nervous-system, anatomy, and self-touch practices can begin informing your work from your first online classes.
After the first immersion, you’ll begin bringing your hands-on learning into real client sessions and submitting case studies so Sydney can help you integrate what happens when theory meets an actual human body.
You don’t spend 15 months learning how to become a practitioner and then finally begin. You become one through practice.
-
Absolutely. Learning to work deeply without carrying everything home with you is part of the training.
Sensitivity becomes exhausting when it’s paired with over-responsibility, porous boundaries, or nowhere to process what the work brings up.
That’s why your own capacity is part of the curriculum. You’ll learn to recognize what belongs to you, what belongs to your client, and how to put down what was never yours to carry.
We teach you how to serve women deeply and sustainably without sacrificing yourself to the work.
-
Sovereign Pelvic Care is not erotic bodywork. It is therapeutic, non-sexual, non-agenda touch.
When working with the pelvis, we work intimately with themes of sexuality, shame, pleasure, and expansive sensation. You’ll learn how to meet this territory with clear consent, boundaries, discernment, and the capacity to stay grounded when intimate material enters the room.
-
It probably will. This work can touch some very intimate places in you—your confidence, your relationships, your patterns, your visibility, your fear, your power, the parts of yourself you’ve learned to contain or make smaller.
You get to be a woman in process while becoming a practitioner.
The point is not to make you less sensitive, less emotional, less intense, or easier to hold. It is to help you become more capable of staying with all that you are—so your own bigness stops feeling like something you have to manage, hide, or apologize for.
Your depth doesn’t scare us. Your power doesn’t scare us. In fact, our intention is to invite more of it to shine through.
-
Yes. And I know that matters when you’re considering an investment this significant.
You can care deeply about women, feel devoted to this work, and want a career that pays you well.
Women are looking for better care around pelvic pain, birth and postpartum, sexuality, trauma, and the many experiences that have historically been dismissed, minimized, or poorly understood.
This is specialized work. And when you become exceptionally good at it—and learn how to build a practice around that skill—it is absolutely possible to make a good living.
You do not have to choose between meaningful service and financial abundance. You can have both.
-
During the online portion, we meet every other week for 3-hour live classes. Between classes and 1:1 sessions, you can expect to spend ~8 hours of time together each month.
After the first immersion, this will increase as the classroom expands into real practice. You’ll begin seeing clients, completing case studies, and bringing what you encounter back into mentorship and the Client Dynamics Labs.
Regular attendance is expected. If you miss an online class, you’ll be responsible for watching the replay and staying current.
The 15 months give you time to learn something, practice it, encounter the messy reality of a real human being, get support, and come back more skilled.
-
A lot. This is a hands-on apprenticeship.
Every online class includes an experiential component so you learn anatomy and touch through your own body—not only through slides and textbooks. You’ll also learn how to guide clients through self-touch and embodied practices.
The majority of partner practice happens during three 7-day in-person immersions, where you’ll spend sustained time touching, receiving, practicing, receiving feedback, and integrating what you’ve learned.
You learn to work with bodies by working with bodies. By the end of the program you will also have done 30+ case studies.
-
We intentionally designed tuition to be as all-inclusive and predictable as possible.
Your three residential immersions include lodging and meals, so you aren’t paying thousands of dollars in retreat expenses on top of tuition.
Your primary additional expense is transportation to and from the immersions.
We want you to know what you’re saying yes to financially from the beginning—without a pile of hidden costs once you’re already enrolled.
-
Live classes are held from 10am–1pm Mountain / 12–3pm Eastern. While recordings will be available if you occasionally need to miss a class, you’ll get the most from the School by being there live. The group work, experiential practice, discussion, and relationships we build together are an important part of the education and can’t be fully replicated by watching a recording.
We ask students to prioritize attending as many classes live as possible and to take responsibility for staying current when they can’t. Your participation matters not only to your own learning, but to the learning and cohesion of the group as a whole.
If you live in a time zone that may make regular live attendance difficult, we’ll talk about what’s realistically possible during your interview.
-
Currently the immersions are set to take place in in a beautiful private residence outside of Colorado Springs. ~90 min from Denver
Immersion 1 | March 17-24, 2027
Immersion 2 | August 4-11th, 2027
Immersion 3 | January 2028 — exact dates TBD
Still have questions? Good. That's what the interview is for.
You don't need to have every detail figured out before you apply.
If your application is accepted, we'll have the chance to meet, talk through your questions, and decide together whether this is the right fit.
“I DISCOVERED THAT I CAN TRUST MYSELF.”
“Even though I had finished a fascial certification, I was not certain if bodywork was for me. I felt that first training was a great entrance to fascial work. However, it was not as in depth as I wanted, and it felt out of integrity to start touching bodies when I felt I needed more knowledge.
This training was more supportive in all the ways possible. There was much more anatomy than other training I’ve completed, which is important to me and I appreciated. The CORE Energetics sessions were something I did not know I needed and found very supportive.
During the hands-on bodywork, I felt all the Zoom calls come into play and action. I allowed myself to drop in and trust my intuition. I felt myself in a flow of what was the next step to better support her body. There was not much thinking and more being in the session.
I discovered that being a bodyworker is who I am. It is a gift that I now acknowledge and nourish.”

Want to go deeper into what you’ll learn? This one is for all you curriculum junkies, I see you.
Four Spirals. One Whole Woman.
The body cannot be separated from the psyche.
The pelvis cannot be separated from the whole body.
And healing cannot always be separated from the mystery.
Throughout the 15-month apprenticeship, we move through Four Interconnected Spirals—each giving you a different lens through which to understand, touch, and support the woman in front of you.
You learn them together and you will learn how to weave them together.
-
Develop the anatomical knowledge, palpation skills, and whole-body touch techniques to confidently work with the body from cranium to pelvis.
Learn whole-body anatomy and physiology through your hands, not simply through memorization
Develop skilled fascial touch influenced by cranial, visceral, lymphatic, massage, and manual therapy approaches
Learn to feel tissue quality, mobility, restriction, rhythm, tension, and change beneath your hands
Understand how seemingly distant structures influence one another—from jaw to diaphragm to belly to pelvis
Learn to follow the body's response rather than forcing tissue toward a predetermined outcome
Build an adaptable hands-on toolkit you can use with the actual body on your table, rather than relying on one protocol
You leave knowing the whole body deeply—and trusting your hands enough to listen when the textbook doesn't have the answer.
-
Develop the skill to meet one of the most intimate places in the body with confidence, reverence, and depth.
Bring whole-body anatomy, trauma integration, relational skill, and non-agenda touch into specialized women's pelvic care.
Study the anatomy and physiology of the female pelvis, vulva, vagina, anus, pelvic floor, reproductive organs, nerves, fascia, and supporting structures
Develop hands-on skills for pelvic, vulvar, vaginal, and anal touch
Understand the relationships between the pelvis and the jaw, cranium, diaphragm, viscera, sacrum, nervous system, and whole fascial web
Learn to work relationally with consent, boundaries, sensation, sexuality, pain, numbness, protection, and pleasure
Explore pelvic health through the transitions of a woman's life, including menstruation, sexuality, pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive experiences, and menopause
Understand the variety of women’s health symptoms and illness (endometriosis, PCOS, Cervical Displasia, PMDD, Vaginismus, Vulvadynia, low libido, infertility, incontinence, etc. and how to work with them from a whole woman approach.
You develop the hands, knowledge, and relational capacity to offer pelvic care that honors and strengthens the authority of the woman receiving it.
-
Learn to work with the woman attached to the body.
Touch doesn't only meet tissue. It meets history, protection, relationship, emotion, attachment, and story.
Understand how trauma and nervous system states can shape the body and the therapeutic experience
Learn what to do when emotion, memory, activation, freeze, resistance, or story emerges during hands-on work
Study attachment, transference, countertransference, projection, boundaries, and relational dynamics
Develop skills for somatic and emotional integration without forcing release or interpreting another woman's experience for her
Learn how to recognize protective patterns and work with them rather than trying to break through them
Practice rupture, repair, consent, communication, and the relational skills required to stay present when the work gets complex
You learn how to stay with what emerges—so you don't have to shut the work down simply because it becomes emotional, relational, or complex.
-
Know a fuck ton—and remain willing to enter the mystery.
Develop the intuition, discernment, energetic sensitivity, and self-trust to work confidently in the places that cannot always be explained by anatomy alone.
Strengthen your intuition and subtle perception while learning to distinguish knowing from projection, fear, and personal agenda
Learn to work with energy, imagery, symbolism, archetype, sensation, and the unseen without imposing meaning onto your client
Develop the capacity to hold multiple truths at once rather than needing every experience to fit into one explanation
Learn to ask powerful questions of your client, her body, and yourself so information can emerge rather than be forced
Practice the Sovereign Non-Agenda Method—listening, gathering information, connecting the dots, meaning-making, and responding in real time
Develop the self-trust to say, “I don't know yet. Let's listen.”
You learn how to stand at the meeting place of knowledge and mystery—trusting what you know without needing to know everything.
Sydney Zwicker
Founder · Teacher · Women’s Health Mentor + Bodyworker
For nearly fifteen years, Sydney has made the whole woman her life’s study—training across disciplines, teachers, and countries, and building a successful practice that has served thousands of women.
She has traveled to seven countries to work with clients, and women cross oceans to work with her. She teaches practitioners from the U.S. and Europe and is known for bringing an unusual breadth of knowledge to the room alongside a deep respect for all that cannot be explained or known.
Sydney is equal parts anatomy nerd, intuitive, skeptic, mystic, and perpetual student.
She wants to know what nerve innervates the tissue, what happened in your childhood, what your body is communicating—and what the hell just happened that no one can explain.
She is a rigorous and deeply relational teacher who expects her students to think, question, experiment, make mistakes, and develop their own authority rather than borrowing hers.
Sydney founded the Sovereign Touch School to pass on the work she has spent nearly fifteen years studying, practicing, and creating—and to further her bigger mission of changing the way women are understood, touched, and cared for, in service of the evolution of womankind.
Amie Scrupski
Faculty · CORE Energetics Practitioner · Somatic Guide
Amie Scrupski has spent over a decade studying what happens when we drop below what we know intellectually and discover what is revealed when it finally moves through the body.
She is a Core Energetics practitioner, somatic guide, and emotional alchemist, with advanced training including Radical Aliveness with Ann Bradney, Embodied Relationship Mentoring with Brian and Marcia Gleason, and ongoing Core Strokes training with Dirk Marivoet.
At the heart of Amie’s work is Core Energetics, an experiential form of body psychotherapy that brings the body, emotion, energy, expression, and relationship into the process—so patterns held beneath conscious awareness can actually be encountered.
Amie is exceptionally good at seeing those patterns in motion. Her work is experiential, direct, compassionate, and sometimes uncomfortable. At the School of Sovereign Touch
